1. Acceptance:

By accessing beshariahwise.com (the “Site”) or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What We Do (and Don’t Do):

We provide educational Shariah screening and consultation about personal wealth/savings/investments.

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or sell financial products. Nothing on the Site or in our sessions should be relied upon as a buy/sell/hold decision or product endorsement.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Site lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the Site.

4. Services, Scheduling & Payments

• Services: Shariah Wealth Checkup (Express/Advanced) and Shariah Compliance Consultation. Service scope is explained on each page and in emails.

• Scheduling: You’ll receive confirmation and, where relevant, a link to book a time. Please be punctual and prepared with requested information.

• Payments: Processed by third-party providers. Prices are shown in SGD and may change from time to time.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling:

  • Consultation: You may reschedule once ≥24 hours before the slot (subject to availability). Late cancellations/no-shows are chargeable.

  • Express/Advanced: Once screening work has begun or results are delivered, fees are non-refundable.

    If we cannot deliver a service for reasons within our control, we’ll offer a re-do or refund at our discretion.

5. Educational Disclaimer & No Reliance

Content, reports, calls, messages, and materials are for education only. Outcomes may depend on the information you provide and external sources. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and for seeking licensed professional advice where needed.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, templates, graphics, and logos are owned by BSW or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute unless expressly permitted.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may link to third-party sites, forms, payment gateways, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or security; use them at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (see links in the footer). Please read them carefully.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the Site or services.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BSW harmless from claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/services.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
