Who we are: BSW SOLUTIONS (UEN: 53506307E) trading as BeShariahWise.

• Contact & service data: name, email, phone, service selected, messages you send us.

• Submission data: information you provide for screening/consultation (e.g., general descriptions of holdings or policies).

• Transactional data: payment confirmations (via third-party processors; we do not store full card details).

• Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, UTM parameters, and cookie identifiers (including Meta Pixel events).

• Analytics/usage data (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, session duration, events (e.g., page_view, form_submit), device/browser, approximate location (city/country), and campaign parameters (UTMs). IP addresses are processed by Google to provide approximate geolocation and then discarded/anonymised per GA4 processing.

• Communications data: email preferences and reply history.
